"Sansad Khel Mahakumbh 2024: Celebrating Unity, Sportsmanship, and Cultural Diversity"

Sansad Khel Mahakumbh 2024's closing ceremony, which took place at Balasore, Odisha's Permit Field on March 1, 2024, was a historic event. Excitement was in the air at the location as participants, onlookers, and dignitaries converged to celebrate this historic event's end.

The event got underway with tremendous fanfare as 3:00 PM rolled around. In order to acknowledge and reward the participants' exceptional accomplishments, the Socio Economic Research Institute (SERI) assumed center stage. Trophies and prizes were proudly and joyfully given to the champions of every game, showcasing their commitment, talent, and sportsmanship during the course of the Mahakumbh.

The Hon'ble Law Minister, Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal Ji, virtually attended the occasion, lending a sense of grandeur despite their physical separation. His motivational remarks struck a chord with the crowd and emphasized the role that athletics play in fostering resilience, discipline, and solidarity.

Ilena Citaristi, the famous Italian Odissi and Chhau dancer, was the principal guest of honor, lending the ceremony an extra dash of cultural depth. Her extraordinary accomplishments—which included receiving the esteemed Padma Shri award—served as a symbol of the cross-cultural union of art and athletics. One of the honored guests was the renowned Member of Parliament from Balasore, Odisha, Pratap Chandra Sarangi Ji. His presence demonstrated the dedication and support of the local community to advancing sports and community involvement in the area. The memories of friendship, rivalry, and joy persisted after Sansad Khel Mahakumbh 2024 came to an end. By putting together this yearly event, SERI demonstrates its commitment to promoting an inclusive and sportsmanlike culture that encourages people of all ages to pursue active and meaningful lives. wildlife.

Impact on Community: The transformation of the ponds under the Amrit Sarovar Yojna has had a profound impact on the socio-economic fabric of Vasad village. Firstly, the improved water quality has benefited local agriculture, providing irrigation for crops and sustaining livestock. This has led to increased agricultural productivity and enhanced food security for the community.

We eagerly anticipate and are grateful for the upcoming Sansad Khel Mahakumbh chapter, where the values of democracy and solidarity will undoubtedly continue to shine.
